Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – A Gentle Welcome

Land at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to Kahawa House, a peaceful lodge on a coffee plantation with beautiful gardens. Relax, enjoy fresh coffee, and prepare for your adventure.

Overnight: Kahawa House | Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. Spend the day on game drives looking for lions, zebras, and many bird species. Your camera will stay busy with the diverse landscapes and wildlife.

Overnight: Sopa Tarangire Lodge | Meals: Full Board

Days 3–4: Ngorongoro Crater

Travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often called the “Garden of Eden.” Enjoy two full days exploring the crater floor with excellent chances to see the Big Five. The lodge on the rim offers stunning panoramic views, perfect for sunrise and sunset photography.

Days 5–7: Central Serengeti

Head into the heart of the Serengeti and stay at Sametu Camp. Explore the endless plains on photography-focused game drives. Look for hunting lions, fast cheetahs, and other predators.

If the timing is right, you may see parts of the Great Migration. Evenings are great for stargazing and campfire stories.

Days 8–10: Northern Serengeti

Continue to the remote northern Serengeti. Stay at a mobile camp (Ubuntu or similar) near the Mara River.

This area offers dramatic scenery, riverine forests, and exciting wildlife action including possible river crossings during migration season. Your guide will help you capture dynamic shots of herds and predators.

Day 11: Farewell & Departure

Enjoy a final morning game drive before your flight back to Arusha / Kilimanjaro Airport. Take home incredible photos and unforgettable memories.
